The Seabrook island Club area was nice with multiple beach access areas. The house itself was in a good location - just a few minutes walk to Boardwalk 9 which seems kind of like an inlet where the waves aren’t that strong so if you have little kids it’s good. Boardwalks 5 & 6 are a short drive away and those are better for full ocean/beach feel. The house’s carpeting could use an overhaul. It is pet friendly which is great but it’s showing with many urine stains and odor on carpeted areas. The $250 per pet fee is steep - a spot cleaning machine in the house would be helpful so renters could clean up if there is an accident.

I’m sorry about the carpet stains and pet odor — that shouldn’t be your experience. I wish you had let us know during your stay so we could have addressed it immediately. I’ll notify the property owner and housekeeping to evaluate the carpeting for a deep clean or replacement and to address any lingering odors. I’ll also pass along your suggestion to provide a spot-cleaning machine in the home.
Regarding the pet fee, we charge it to cover additional cleaning and wear-and-tear.We appreciate the feedback and hope to welcome you back soon.

Perfect location and the house had a well stocked kitchen. high quality linens and comfy couches. Beautiful views from the three porches/decks. House was exceptionally clean. Easy check in and keypad entry.
