This unit has an unique floor plan that allows 4 of us and a paw-family member staying comfortably on this ocean-front property, just 2-minute walk to the quiet private beach. We loved it.

We love this villa, our favorite Pelican Watch. Comfortable, good deck furniture, well equipped kitchen. Adding retractable awnings would make it absolutely perfect. The afternoon sun is hot!
