As described and pictured. Good location in a very safe neighborhood. Bonus for being right on the beach with easy beach access. Plenty of towels, kitchen essentials, washer & dryer, etc. Quick drive to restaurants, shops, entertainment. I thought the space was very nice and well decorated. However, just keep in mind that this is a pet friendly place so there is bound to be some wear and tear. There was minor stains and previous dog hair on some of the furniture and the bedding in the bedroom. We also wore socks around because the tile floors. Again, I wouldn’t consider the place dirty and I myself was coming with dogs so I expected that. Would stay again!

Property was perfect for me and my wife and dogs! Quiet and the views access to beach was excellent. Loved it.

Coastal Getaways is an excellent company to book through, making all contacts very clear and welcoming. 1391 Pelican Watch has many great features, beautiful views, easy access to the wonderful beach. Newer appliances are great as well love to cook. It’s spacious enough for 2 and our tiny dog. If you are not used to noises from an upstairs unit, hearing frequent loud sounds, this might disturb one. Thanks to our host, we will be back next year. Lynda & Marc

This was such a perfect getaway for my husband and I. It was so cozy, and the view was beautiful. The house was well stocked with everything we needed for a long weekend. We would definitely come back!

We loved this spot. The views were amazing, and it was perfect for the two of us and our pup. So appreciated the amenity passes being included. Loved the beach pool and restaurant. Very peaceful vacation. Only issue was every time we used the washing machine, it gave an error code, even with two items. Other than that it was wonderful. We would definitely stay here again. Ty
