Excellent location! Lovely sunsets! Approx. 7 minute walk to the Island Beach Club. Another option is the beach right out the back door. The condo is lovely, clean, well maintained and exactly as pictured. We look forward ot returning.

This place was incredible. Updated and clean with easy access to beach, golf and beach clubs. Pristine condition with ample room. We would recommend this property to anyone.

Rented 1354 Pelican Watch Villa and the unit was amazing!! So spacious, modern and spotless …it added to the beautiful view of the N Edisto River we enjoyed each day!! Love working with Coastal Getaway to arrange our monthly stay in Seabrook each year. They are so responsive to our needs. Our only issue was the gate pass process which is cumbersome and expensive for our occasional visitors. Love Seabrook…a place of rest and peace from the snowy north!

Seabrook island and neighboring Kiawah are wonderful. Clean, quiet, beautiful, with great golf and beaches. The condo looked brand new with a fresh updated remodel. The listing was accurate and easily walkable to the clubhouse. Would stay again and really enjoyed it.
