We loved our stay. Just the right size for 2 parents, 2 teens and one dog. Very peaceful and quiet. Easy beach access. Beach chairs were available. Condo had most of what we needed. Small maintenance issues needed taken care of that we messaged over after our stay but did not want our stay interrupted for them to be fixed. Other than that, we loved the area, the views and would recommend for those wanting a chill beach vacay spot

This was an awesome property. It was exactly as described and as shown. All furniture was comfortable to sit on and spend any time on, the bed was super comfortable. It only was 5 minutes to Boardwalk 9, which took you right to the riverside beach, which had plenty of seashells. We saw brown pelicans doing their silly headfirst dives, perfectly synchronized dolphins every low tide, birds galore and lots of sand crabs pop up every single day. It was literally, paradise. It’s very well appointed, with plenty of towels and supplies like garbage bags. If you forgot sugar, they had it. Nice set of dishes and lots of glasses. All appliances worked, and not too many stairs anywhere to be difficult for elderly folks like us. And although there were other people all around and over us, we never heard any noise whatsoever. And everyone was so friendly and helpful. The only true negative we had was with the keypad to get in. Please just get a modern key code lock! No matter how good you got with those tiny, annoying push pins, the key would drop out of the box. We hated it. Our 2 small Havanese absolutely loved it. They are exceptionally well behaved and loved everything about the beach.Also, the place was immaculate. We have been to kiawah several times, but this rental completely blew that away. This was so much nicer & although we were diehard Oceanside people all of our lives, we will continue to come to Seabrook from now on. We really hope we will be welcomed back again yrly.
