Great property. We stay at Seabrook every year and the Pelican Watch Villas are always a favorite spot on the island.

Location was great. The beach just outside the condo is very quiet and picturesque. The mornings are beautiful and relaxing. Neighborhood was quiet and everyone at Pelican was very friendly. Unit was clean, well taken care of and exactly what we needed for our long weekend. Would definitely come back.

We had a wonderful experience at this condo. The best part was the convenient access to the beach. It was also a very short walk to the main beach club. As a first time visitor to Seabrook Island there was a lot to do with the pass, app, etc. One challenge we had was the WiFi and cell service is not great. Thankfully our baby monitor does not require it. If yours does bring different one.
