The condo we stayed in was extremely clean and had an amazing view. it was a little pricey for what you get, but it was our honeymoon so we splurged a little. the check in process is a little much, having to stop in to the office and check in. and then needing an app to buy food and get in and out of the amenities, but it honestly did make things more convenient.

This is a great location on the island to walk to the beach, pool, restaurants and other amenities near Pelicans Nest. We rarely needed our car and when we did it was only to go to Fresh Fields. The lagoon and golf course view out the back were super pretty and relaxing as well as being private and quiet.

The house is beautiful, bright, and spacious. As you can see from the photos, the main space is somewhat divided into two rooms. The furniture is arranged to maximize separate spaces where guests can enjoy private conversations, play games, dine, watch tv or comfortably spend time on the internet, and - this may be very important - there is open space for children to play. The kitchen is a wide U shape. There is plenty of room to allow multiple people to work separately at the same time. The kitchen has lots of very well organized utensils, cutlery, plates, glasses, etc.The bedrooms are well furnished and have open space so you can move around.Generally, this is a winner. Almost. If you are a person who needs to be extra careful to avoid tripping, there are a few concerns.- The flooring in every room is uneven. I found it easy to remember to watch my step whenever I changed rooms. - The front steps - which have been walked & rained on for a long time do slope. I kept a tight grip on the handrail.- The garage has one door into the kitchen and a screen door at the top of the stairs. The screen door opens out over the stairs. I opened that door, fixed the sliding mechanism so it remained permanently open while I stayed there.I did contact the property management company about these concerns. The GM came out in less than an hour later. She took careful notes and told me she was going to discuss this with the owners.Hopefully these concerns are being addressed.

The condo was just like the pictures and description! You don’t need to bring anything but your bathing suits, flip flops and cooler! We had a 100 credit to rent an umbrella and 2 bikes. Very easy. The beach was beautiful and just a few steps out the back door and down the boardwalk. If you want a quiet and relaxing get away…this is an excellent choice! Loved watching all the wildlife! Pelicans diving for fish, crabs crawling out of their homes to find food, dolphins, and a variety of birds, and more!

This property was clean, beautiful, comfortable, and worked perfectly for my husband and two daughters. Access to both the beach and clubhouse area was minutes away via car and we never really had trouble finding a space to park. We drove around the island because I am pregnant, but it would have been an easy bike ride from the house to many key spots as well. We used the provided beach gear daily, and each time we visited a beach area, it was beautiful and uncrowded. Freshfields Village was a super easy drive; we enjoyed dining and shopping there throughout our stay. We loved Fuji Sushi Bar and Cantina 76, and sitting in the outdoor patio area at La Tela Pizzeria on our final night was a highlight! For those interested in Charleston dining, we would highly recommend Poogan's Porch, Locals Sushi and Sports Pub, and Vicious Biscuit. We're already looking for a window to return to Seabrook soon!

We had a wonderful stay. One of the best properties we’ve stayed at regarding the “extras.” The kitchen was fully equipped, two different coffee makers, etc. Only one minor change would be the pillows in king bedroom need replacing. Excellent stay, would highly recommend!
