We loved this house! It has everything we needed and it's location is great. We had a great experience all around and would definitely stay here again.

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at the beautiful Rolling Dune Rd house. The kitchen was very well equipped plus having the grill was great. The dining area and living room gave us ample space for our dinner guests, lots of room for everyone. We were on the deck in the mornings and also enjoyed it for night sky viewing. We sat on the screened porch when it was warm enough. You may already know this but the door between the deck and porch needs the screen replaced or repaired. The bedrooms and the beds were comfortable. One thing to adjust/fix is the entry door that slams very loudly. It’s a lovely house in a great location and I would definitely rent it again.

Great views and easy access to beach! We enjoyed our spring break with our two teen daughters and grandmother. The house was a perfect setup for us and was well appointed. We had everything we needed. The unobstructed views from house were beautiful and it was nice to look over the myrtles to the ocean with without seeing another beach home. We loved sitting on screened porch and the sun porch listening to the waves and the birds. Some days it was too cold to be at beach so it was nice to have these spaces to enjoy the outdoors, especially for my mother, who has mobility issues and couldn’t always make it too beach. We also loved the convenient location to the boardwalk just steps from the house! The beach was big and deep allowing plenty of room for beachgoers. We had nice daily beach walks in either direction we chose to go. The house was so comfortable and allowed us to really relax and hang out. The rooms were perfect setup for our family. The kitchen had plenty of space and had a good layout. We had planned to spend more time sight-seeing in Charleston but enjoyed the house so much we all decided to chill at house instead. The nearby Freshfields shopping area was not too far away and had a good grocery store, shopping and places to eat. We also booked a sunset sail from Bohicket marina which was also close by. We would like to come back in the summer and would definitely book this house again!
