778 Spinnaker Beach House was an excellent condo. Inside the house was very, very clean and comfortable. However, the outside patio was very dirty from falling leaves and debris from surrounding trees. The unit did not have a broom, so we couldn't clean or use the outside pation. 778 Spinnaker needs a broom!

This was our first time visiting Seabrook Island and using Coastal Getaways. I will say that I typically don't leave reviews, but our experience with Coastal Getaways was so good that I feel the need to. All communication was punctual and full of information. The unit was exactly as described and very clean. There is nothing to be critiqued and we would definitely use Coastal Getaways again in the future!

We had a great time and can’t wait to come back next year. We love the space in the house, and have stayed here for 4-5 years, but there are some updates that are much needed! The carpets in bedrooms and the bed in the first room to your left when entering the house are a couple of things to consider. The toilet upstairs continuously runs and needs some TLC. My family loves this house, having king beds in each room is so helpful, the space, and the location are wonderful. We love that we are able to gather together and make dinners, which is why I would say there is a need for new pots and pans. It is a beautiful house and we can’t wait to return next year!
