My husband and I had a wonderful and relaxing time in 703 Spinnaker. It was a perfect location. The unit was a short walk to the clubhouse to play golf. It was also a short walk to take a stroll along the beach. We spent a lot of time in the living room, reading and enjoying the view. Although it was just the two of us, we really appreciated the space of the 3 bedroom unit. We did not cook much but the kitchen was awesome, especially for a rental. The unit was very nicely decorated and clean. We had a wonderful time and would recommend the property.

We were so happy with our stay at 703 Spinnaker. The location could not have been better with the ocean, sunsets, beach, and restaurants all just outside the door. And there was more fun and great views to be enjoyed at the Marina and Freshfields, just a short drive away. There's biking, tennis, golf and horseback riding to enjoy; but best of all, it's an amazing place to relax. The home is beautifully updated and has a great deck looking over the water. The beach club, just a short walk away, is along the coast and has two pools and a restaurant. The accommodations provide two comfortable king beds and a double with nice bathrooms and a well stocked kitchen. We are already looking forward to our next visit at 703!

This was our first visit to Seabrook Island, did not know what to expect and we would definitely go back again. I must say we were excited to see the island and our beach house for the week. We were not disappointed,from the well landscaped streets to the amazing view from our beach house , it was a beautiful place to be. There is so much to enjoy the clean beautiful beach, the pools, the restaurants, the horses and wildlife, and that was just on the island, a short drive and you had gift shops a marina and grocery store. We took one day and went to Charleston which is only a short drive. Nothing on the island felt crowded. You really had it all staying on Seabrook, It was only my daughter and I but with the gated community, we felt completely safe. We walked the beach at night without a worry and it was great. The beach house we rented was as nice as the pictures and the view breath taking. It's location was just steps from everything, you could see the beach from most of the downstairs and there was an awesome ocean view from the upstairs bedroom. You were steps away from the beach, club house pool and Pelican's Nest restaurant.We walked everywhere. The house was fully stocked with more kitchen equipment than I expected so you could prepare anything you wanted. The rooms were clean and tastefully decorated. Coastal Getaways provided us with all the information we could possibly need and sent updates and helpful tips throughout the rental process. I would rent with them again. Great Vacation!!
