Property was quaint and comfortable for our family despite being somewhat dated with the furnishings. Fantastic location to the beach club/golf club, and breathtaking views of the river and ocean. CG was very communicative throughout our stay.

We had a great stay! Beautiful space and location! The host thoughtfully stocked the house with all necessities. We really enjoyed the screened in porch! We can’t wait to return!

Beautiful place to stay! 5 senior ladies still enjoying our annual girlies trip. Would definitely plan to come here if you've never been. This is my 3rd time staying in the villas at bohicket marina and hope to have many more to come.

The house at 3654 Cobia Court was magnificent; superbly appointed, beautiful ocean views, easy beach access. We were able to see a dolphin strand feeding which was very interesting. There were several minor issues: more coffee cups are needed, the alarms on the bedroom clocks kept going off in the night and no one in our party could figure out how to reprogram them (finally we just unplugged them), and it would be nice to have a bench near the front door for putting on and taking off shoes. Also of note, the bedroom with twin beds has no easy access to a bathroom.

We enjoyed our stay over Easter weekend. The villa was nice and quiet and the views were great. It was also fun to have deer visit each morning as I was having coffee on the back porch!
