Enjoyed the location and the many activities to choose from. We also like the more private feeling of Seabrook Island. Again great location and very clean property. Standard accommodations that would be expected for a beach property but overall the Atrium villas were ideally located and adequate covered parking a big plus. Main door lock was in slight disrepair but the Seabrook maintenance team addressed it promptly. Thank you! Shower drainage was also a minor issue early on but once again, the maintenance team addressed and corrected the problem promptly! Thank you! We would love to come back!

Great location, great property ... close to beach, golf, and restaurants. Loved the private feeling and never felted crowded or overwhelmed with vacationers. Plenty of activities to choose from. property management company very helpful and responsive. Willdefinitely be back to Seabrook Island!

We really like Seabrook. This was our second time on the island and it has everything we need for the family. Great spot and extremely convenient to the pool/beach with small children. You kept us in the loop concerning COVID policies on the island so we were all set.

Great spot for the family. I wouldn't put more than 4-5 people in the condo, but it is perfect for a small family. Proximity to pool/beach is fantastic. The patio is beautiful and a good spot for adults to escape children at night.

This is the second time we have stayed in this condo this year (love the new furniture!). Never been in October before and the weather was perfect!

This was a very lovely place to stay. Everything was in working order and was a nice getaway. Beautiful view of the beach, ocean and dolphins in the water! Thank you for allowing me to bring my two dogs, it was wonderful.
