Enjoyed our stay! Very nice!

Came in on Thursday evening, very smooth process at security gate and access to the property with step by step directions. Once inside we were super happy with the layout, decor, and all the amenities. Peaceful and beautiful view to enjoy morning coffee and evening sunsets! I only have one thing I wished was different and that would be the check out time, but that was a minor thing. The trip was amazing and would definitely stay here again if I return to the area.

This Pelican property is amazing! I will definitely rent this unit again. The Owner/Manager had some really nice touches for the holiday and even had Christmas napkins and a little tree. There were soap dispensers and shower soap also. The place is really beautiful and well-appointed with everything you could think of. It was organized so nicely and just well thought through. Needless to say, the sunsets and the beach view are stunning every single day. The gathering area was perfect. I loved the bar and the table seating as well. They even provided really nice beach chairs on the porch. Highly recommend this unit and the manager/owner did fabulous. I have no cons on this one 🙂

I come here every year! I just love how peaceful this place is and all the nature that abounds!

Property was clean and had everything I needed. I love the peacefulness of Seabrook Island and the wildlife. Did not use an amenity card. I did ride at the equestrian center on the beach ride and saw dolphins stranding. Weather in early November is still pleasant at the beach.
