We visited the property at a time when only one of the other three units was occupied. It was quiet and parking was no problem even with the work going on to replace the walkways from the building to the beach. That process was coming to an end and I would assume would have no affect on the busy summer months. There are plenty of bike racks and of course Seabrook Island is a wonderful area to ride. We experienced one small item which needed cleaning attention and Nancy and her team took care of it on a Sunday for us. Greatly appreciated their willingness to assist. We would definitely return to this unit, with it’s relaxing views and well maintained interior.

My wife and I thought the 13108 Pelican Watch condo was very nice. Thank you for accommodating us.

Loved this condo at Pelican Watch! It’s on the very end, so you are blessed with big corner windows, plus the seclusion of being on the end in blissful quiet. The condo is very open with the kitchen into the living/family area. Loved the decor, and not over crowded with furniture and clutter. Truly peaceful in every way. The views are amazing, everything you need is at your fingertips. Owner has reaaly thought of everything. Also loved the washer and dryer (top of the line!) in the bedroom. Coastal Getaways and owners were very helpful from the first inquiry to check out. Can’t wait to come back!

We had a ball! Such a beautiful area. Unfortunately, the property did not include the full amenities offered by the resort. For the price we paid to reserve the property, I feel as though all of the Pelican Watch properties should be offered the same amenities as others. Thus, we wound up spending most of our time on the neighboring Edisto island.
