770 Spinnaker is very well appointed and nicely decorated. It is a very comfortable home. There are plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys etc in the shed. We found a kayak under the deck but did not find paddles, not sure if we could have used it. We found out towards the end of our trip we could get a permit for a bonfire at the beach but needs to apply for it 24 hours in advance. We loved the house and the location. The home was very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed walking on the beach with our dog and biking through the community.

The property was wonderful and exactly as pictured/described. We enjoyed all aspects and would definitely go back again.

My family and dog (small labradoodle) had a wonderful week staying at 770 Spinnaker. We loved the location being close to the beach and loved the decor and the space. The house is very comfortable. It was fun having bikes to get where we need to go. We rarely used the car.

I grew up with my parents owning a spinnaker so I already knew it’s one of the best locations on the island for a 2 bedroom with great, open space (can walk across the street to pelican beach or half mike up the street to the golf club and beach club/pools. It is also very nicely and appropriately renovated. There are no beach chairs/bike/toys so you can bring or rent (Kyle at sea salt surf has given my kids surf lessons at the public beach by kiawah the last few years and now also delivers bike/ chair rentals etc if needed) The unit did have a nice spice rack to the left of the stove which makes grocery shopping /cooking easier. We’re full members of the club so didn’t need the guest cards but it is important to rent a place that offers guest amenity cards on seabrook in order to use the beach club /pools/ tennis courts etc. you can find fees online. We would definitely rent this home again.
