The property was spotless. Owners have everything there that you need. Beautiful view of ocean. Would highly recommend this place. We will definitely be returning!!!!

One of the best properties we ever stayed in and that’s saying a lot considering we’ve been staying on Seabrook for 37 consecutive years. Nicely decorated with fantastic panoramic view of the ocean. I will be checking back in October to book for next June. Actually met the owners who stopped by to see if we had what we needed and were satisfied. Wonderful couple. I would recommend that all your units in your pool have tubs and showers equipped with hand rails and slip resistant flooring or mats. Better to be proactive.

We had an amazing trip, and wish we were still there. We cannot wait to come back. This was my husband and I's second time there in less than a year. This time we brought our two children, ages 17 and 13. We also brought along my sister and brother-in-law, and their two children, ages 7 and 5. Everyone had the most amazing time. We have taken our children to the Caribbean multiple times, and many other places, and they shared this was their favorite vacation. We loved the fact that everything we could have wanted to do was right there. The beach, pool, golfing, bike riding, and fabulous dining all within 5-10 minutes. With staying in the Atrium Villa's, everything was primarily within walking distance, which we loved. The property was immaculate with an amazing view. The trip was outstanding, and we cannot wait to plan our next visit. Based on the pictures I've posted to Facebook, many friends and family have asked about this destination spot.

Great location on the beach

It was clean with updated kitchen and baths. We enjoyed the recent improvements to exterior and decks. Information provided was excellent and included everything we needed. It was a great unit and the deck overlooking the ocean and pool was a great place to relax, read, people watch and take afternoon naps! We will be back!

Thank you for all your help setting up our stay at Atrium Villas. We had a great time, and I can't wait to return for a longer stay. Being across from the beach and next to the club house was fantastic. This trip provided some positive information I needed to research my retirement plans. I plan to be a resident in Seabrook Island at some point.
