Our family of 5 had a delightful week in your well-appointed villa. The upstairs loft/bedroom & bath was a wonderful space and the attached deck offered us our best-ever view for the July 4th fireworks. :) We enjoyed watching the golfers walk up and take photos of the larger sunning gator each late afternoon and we also spotted a turtle sunning in the back of the villa. The smaller gator was spotted each day on one side or the other of the large lagoon. The wind sounds of the cat tails and palm branches was soothing and I especially enjoyed taking care of the plants! :)

We have been vacationing on Seabrook Island for the last 7 years and we have witnessed many changes but we love our stay every time... every year. Being working professionals we are very finicky when it comes to vacationing… we want a true “get away” ! This year the villa we usually rent was not available so my family of four stayed for the first time at the Sealoft villa during the Easter week of April 7th through April 14th... LOVED IT! The property owner was easily accessible. The villa offers amenity cards at NO extra charge... which is very important when you vacation on the island. The views were awesome... there was plenty of space for my family of 4... with extra even! The owners really go out of their way to provide a home away from home offering... everything from extra shampoo (we had accidently left ours home) to extra spices for cooking (usually villas are completely empty and I detest having to buy all kinds of cooking spices only to have to throw them out when departing)... this has become our NEW favorite villa and we will return to the 937 Sealoft villa every year. You can NOT go wrong with this rental.

We had a wonderful week at this villa on Seabrook Island, South Carolina. The villa is in a great location, and very roomy (handled a family of four with plenty of room to spare), with plenty of decks for viewing wildlife on and about the 11th hole on Ocean Winds. Their is clearly a pride of ownership, as you can tell the villa has been updated and kept in great condition. The owner is very easy to work with, and very responsive. I would recommend Seabrook and the SC coast to everyone, and this was a great location from which to explore, relax and enjoy.

I have visited this villa many times throughout the last 10 years, and each time the experience is even better. Phil and Pat have completely outdone themselves to ensure that your Seabrook experience is one you won't forget. No matter if you are coming with your family for a couple of weeks, or a quick get away. If you are looking to relax, you have found your new vacation spot. The description given on this website is completely accurate, if not modest. Looking forward to my next trip!

My husband and I visited the villa June 2009, we had a wonderful time - the villa was amazing everything you would wish for, home from home. Spotless and well maintained. Local facilities were excellent so much to do and so close to the wonderful beach, walk or cycle. There is also a swimming pool available for the residents. The villa had so much to offer inside comfort wonderful beds and facilities, amazing views from the balconies. I give this 10/10 EXCELLENT. Hopefully we will be visiting again in the future. Well done for quality holiday home.

This vacation marked my second stay at this Sealoft Villa. While my first trip was wonderful, the second was even better!! The owners updated the home with a beautiful new kitchen and enclosed loft, with its own bathroom. It was hard to top my first trip and they did it! Seabrook Island is a gorgeous getaway spot, and this villa will provide you with a great place to relax at the end of the day.
