We chose to return to 13106 Pelican Watch for my 55th birthday and our 15th anniversary because we had enjoyed it so much for my 50th and 10th. It was still in great shape! It's our favorite location. Everything was just perfect! It's close to the club house, dining, Camp St. Christopher and the peaceful beach. We love it and we'll be back!

We had a wonderful time at Pelican Watch. The unit was just as described - directly on the ocean and in a quiet area. It was very clean and stocked with several amenities which were so helpful - a starter supply of coffee, some laundry supplies, etc. Everything you would ever need! Hope to come back in the future.

Beautiful views of the ocean ! The villa was beautifully decorated! We may try to come back as soon as the fall! The villa was well stocked and had everything we needed.

Our month long stay in 13106 Pelican Watch was just perfect. We know and love Seabrook Island and this condo exceeded our expectations. Recent renovations to this unit were done with taste and quality. Its size, furniture, kitchen and various fixtures and beach touches were wonderful. The back stairs took us to the boardwalk and beach, a trip we took every day. I've no doubt that when we return to Seabrook it will be to this home.
