Our stay was perfect.. this was our second stay at 1305 pelican watch and we will be returning next year same comfortable spot. Have lots of pics I will share on fb Thank you for your hospitality

The weather is a great attraction for someone from New England who is escaping the cold and ice. Love the Pelican condos. This one was nicely stocked.

Really enjoyed the tree lighting. Just love being on the island! We loved the property. It had a great view, was very clean, nicely furnished, had a well equipped kitchen and nice TVs.
