We had a fantastic trip - 2 weeks of heaven with our kids and grandkids- Seabrook was hospitable as usual and we had mostly good weather. No complaints at all - we will miss this house once it is sold !

We stayed the last week of June 2019. The house was perfect! The combination of 1 king, 2 queens, and two bunks fit our family better than any other property we looked at. We only had two kids and six adults, so the rooms confirmed our decision. Loved the view of the golf course and was a short drive to the beach. The house had bikes, which were great for the kids, and extra beach chairs! Thank you to our property manager, Nancy Buck, who brought us a new coffee pot on Sunday morning after the one at the house broke. I would definitely rent this property again!

Kitchen was nicely updated and though it was small, it was well stocked. The Sun Room was our favorite spot and all of the rooms were well appointed and comfortable.

This was our 10th or so visit in 20 years. It's nice to see how much has changed, (like Freshfields Village in the past several years) and a nicer mix of shops and restaurants on the island at Freshfields and Bohicket. Yet for all of the changes, we loved how much the experience stays the same with the quiet peaceful surroundings combined with all of the activities and beaches available. The other thing that we really like is the relative proximity to Charleston, Folly Beach Pier and some of the Kiawah attractions. The weather was great and Seabrook is so much closer than Florida. I'm surprised more from the Northeast/New England don't come down here. I'm a bit of a birder and seeing an anhinga, roseate spoonbills and the great egret rookery down Jenkins Point road was really cool. My sister and brother stayed at Tarpon Pond. They really liked it. Smaller kitchen but they said it was easier to clean. They have young children and they appreciated the quiet streets around the Cobby Creek area for walking, bike riding, etc. Everyone loved the three season porch space overlooking the marsh and golf course. It was a really great space in the morning for breakfast.
