We had a wonderful time. The unit was clean and comfortable. The proximity to the beach was awesome. Overall, it was a very relaxed environment that was calming during a stressful period. The property seemed recently refreshed so things were overall not in a "heavily used" condition like you can find in many VRBOs. It was decorated appropriately for a beach location. As stated above, the overall cleanliness of the unit was great and made us feel very comfortable in this COVID period. A couple of folding chairs would be nice. We bought one to use during our stay and left in the closet. We also appreciated the new small size household products that were left - wrapped paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher soap, etc. That said, the quantity left should be appropriate for the length of stay of the guest. We did bring our own so we were fine, but otherwise would have ran out.
