We enjoyed our stay very much. The villa at 1211 Creekwatch was clean and comfortable. The view of the marsh is fabulous from the house. The furniture upstairs all seems quite new and we enjoyed that. The mattress in the master bedroom was okay, maybe a little older or maybe just one of those foam mattresses we are not used to. I called on Saturday to let you know the listing stated there was a Keurig coffee machine in the kitchen, and there was not. I believe it was removed as a household amenity. Also, I am not sure if the owners don't want to list that beach chairs were available, but we found some in the closet in the garage, so we borrowed them. If they intented to allow renters to use them, they may want to list them and they may want to add an umbrella or other shade device. For the most part, the house was quiet and peaceful. The walls are a little thin in those units, esp. since this unit has enclosed the sunporch and taken out the door between the living area and the porch area. You could clearly hear the occupants of the attached unit, mostly when they were on their sunporch. Thank you for your assistance.
