In June I rented a 1980s house on Seabrook Island (one of my favorite places). The house, and the yard, were well-maintained, very clean, and very well furnished. I did have a problem with the hardness of the beds (I'm a little old lady whose bones don't flex as well as they used to - 10 years ago I would have preferred the harder bed). When I called Coastal Getaways to ask for help, they provided a mattress topper that helped me sleep and feel so much better. Several questions came up. When I called them I got quick, friendly, and accurate answers. Because of the way they responded to me, I felt welcomed. I will go back to Seabrook Island in the future. I look forward to working with Coastal Getaways when I book that trip.

We had an incredible stay at this VRBO! The location was perfect—just a short drive to the beach club and only five minutes from Freshfields. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We’ll definitely be back!

The layout was perfect—our teens had their own bedroom and bathroom, which gave everyone space and privacy. The screened-in patio was a great touch for morning coffee or evening relaxing. Our only suggestion would be to add more lounge furniture out there.The condo is nicely decorated, clean, and very comfortable. Beds and couch were great. The location is ideal—directly across from beach access and just a short walk (5 min) to the Beach Club pool. The included amenity cards were a huge plus, and we loved that the condo is pet-friendly.We recommend renting an LSV—it made getting around easy and fun. Communication with the property manager was smooth and responsive. One great surprise: the listing didn’t mention it, but there were beach chairs and a wagon under the patio. This is our favorite Spinnaker unit we’ve stayed in. It had great amenities, but a couple of small things would make it even better—like providing hand soap, measuring cups and a pizza cutter. Again, these were just minor inconveniences. Overall, we highly recommend this condo and would absolutely stay again!
