This was our first time on Seabrook Island and I recommend this Pelican Watch Villa! We would come back. Pros: Pet friendly! Both the villa and the beach. The beach was lovely! Great location right on the beach towards St. Christopher Camp. We were there in mid June and our end of the beach never felt crowded. The Villa was very clean and had what we needed for cooking (which was minimal for us). Back deck was great! Easy access to outside while still maintaining a sense of privacy. It was a great place for meals and to watch the sunset. We appreciated the beach chairs. Areas of Improvement: I received too many emails from the Property Company prior to arrival. Check-in was really easy but based on the number of emails received I was worried that I would have missed something important. We are big readers and there was not enough light in the living room. Another floor lamp behind the sofa would be really nice.

We absolutely loved our stay here. It had everything we needed, the instructions were clear, and they were super responsive. Would 10/10 recommend!

In June I rented a 1980s house on Seabrook Island (one of my favorite places). The house, and the yard, were well-maintained, very clean, and very well furnished. I did have a problem with the hardness of the beds (I'm a little old lady whose bones don't flex as well as they used to - 10 years ago I would have preferred the harder bed). When I called Coastal Getaways to ask for help, they provided a mattress topper that helped me sleep and feel so much better. Several questions came up. When I called them I got quick, friendly, and accurate answers. Because of the way they responded to me, I felt welcomed. I will go back to Seabrook Island in the future. I look forward to working with Coastal Getaways when I book that trip.
