Second year we have rented this house. Noticed the counters were replaced and painting done - nice update. Great back decks. We really enjoyed the tennis, golf and beach!

We have had a lovely stay and have found the house very comfortable and well equipped! There were plenty of beach chairs, as well as a little cart to help us bring things down to the beach. We had 3 beautiful days and loved the location, the beach, the wildlife, and the friendly residents. The house is well designed and perfect to host kids, parents, and grandparents. Best beach house rental ever. Beautifully furnished, spacious with Great View! Screened porch delightful even during heat of the day. Fully equipped kitchen was awesome! Walk to beach a little long but all boardwalk and there was a beach cart available which was a pleasant surprise. Once off the boardwalk, very close to dog off leash area

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at the beautiful Rolling Dune Rd house. The kitchen was very well equipped plus having the grill was great. The dining area and living room gave us ample space for our dinner guests, lots of room for everyone. We were on the deck in the mornings and also enjoyed it for night sky viewing. We sat on the screened porch when it was warm enough. You may already know this but the door between the deck and porch needs the screen replaced or repaired. The bedrooms and the beds were comfortable. It’s a lovely house in a great location and I would definitely rent it again.
