This was our first trip to Seabrook Island. Kitchen and baths at 1338 Pelican Watch were beautifully remodeled. Unit was bright and clean. Had everything we needed. The binder full of information from Coastal Getaways about the property, the island, and nearby attractions, left on the coffee table, was very helpful and well put together.

We enjoyed our stay at 1338 Pelicans Watch. The condo was very nice with everything we needed. The 1338 Pelicans Watch condo was our first rental that did not come with an Amenity Card. We will be back to Seabrook Island since we love the quiet and nature setting. I love to kayak on the North Edisto River as well as cycle on the Island. My wife loves to read on the balcony and we both enjoy walks on the roads and beach.
