We loved staying here! Our family loves Seabrook and this condo is perfect for us. Our favorites are the underground parking lot (in the shade), elevator to the 2nd floor condo, great floorplan, and just a short walk to the beach! The place has everything we could dream of including THREE (yes 3 ) TV's. No fighting over the TV when we're worn out from being at the beach all day and just want to relax! It has all of the stuff we needed to cook a few meals and plenty of room in the freezer for all the ice cream we eat throughout the week. The interior is nicely appointed with high quality furniture, cool art and little accents to make it feel like something from one of those HGTV decorating shows. Clearly this was not a cheap place to outfit for the owners. If you're looking for a place with great accessibility, privacy, great design, and good weekly price I highly recommend this place! We even lit the fireplace one night! The kids loved that-- Oh, yeah, BTW, it's right by the golf course and there's giant oak trees outside and the view from the master bedroom and sun room is awesome! If you're looking at other rentals on the island I would put this at the top of the list. It can sleep 5-6 comfortably (depending on ages/etc) if you use the pull out couch in the sun room area. There's a public grill in the open deck area but we never used it. Maybe next year we'll do a hamburger night to test out the grill. We plan on coming back to this same place next July. We've stayed at Tree Loft, Dune Loft, Sea Loft, Pelican Watch (before finding this place in 2015) and one more that I've forgotten about but this is our favorite. I heard that the main pool by the beach is being redone for 2020 so we're looking forward to that too!
