This is a true jewel of a find! The boardwalk is just a few steps off the porch at the rear of the condo, and the front of the condo has beautiful live oak trees over the condo and the parking lot. It is a beautiful setting front and back. The condo was immaculate with many small touches that made it a special experience. We will be back!

We absolutely loved our stay at Pelican Watch Villas. The communication with Coastal Getaways of S.C. was excellent. Upon our arrival we found the villa to be very clean and had a fully equipped kitchen. We enjoyed our morning coffee sitting on the wonderful porch looking at the calming water view and walking the beach. There were plenty of nice linens as well. We highly recommend this property and look forward to visiting again.

Very nice property. The villa was beautifully decorated, clean, great beach access. Loved the porch. Kitchen was stocked with things that we’ve never seen provided in a rental – plastic wrap, baggies, foil etc. 1st floor unit, so we did hear heavy-footed people in the unit above. The light switches were confusing, there were so many of them! Would have been nice to have them labeled.

This is a charming condo in a wonderful community! Beautifully decorated with everything you could need and a lovely view. I brought my son (13) for spring break and there was so much to do, and lots of other kids around, easy walk to the beach and pools. The condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed to have a perfect home away from home for the week. We would like to come back to Seabrook Island and will definitely book this condo again!

Seabrook Island is a special place. The condo was very quiet, peaceful, and serene. It's thoughtfully updated and provided everything we needed and more. We loved our walks on the beach and couldn't believe we watched the dolphins strand feeding. A very special place with special experiences. We look forward to visiting again.
