We have stayed here a few times now and it's our favorite spot in Seabrook. The space is open and inviting with plenty of room for us to spread out, and it's a great distance for walking or biking to the pool with the kids. We have stayed at a couple of other places that were a little tired inside. This unit seems to have an upgrade every time we go and has good kitchen cookware (we like to cook). We have already booked our next trip!

My family and I have stayed at this condo at least 4 times and we love it! It’s a short 5 minute walk to the beach. The kitchen is well stocked and had everything we needed for the week. The bathrooms were updated and clean and the beds were comfortable! We love that it is an end unit. My teenagers loved riding bikes to the pool! We will stay here again over the summer!

The house was great and just as advertised. The area was beautiful and peaceful also. Everything was very clean!

Excellent place to stay for some R and R. You can't go wrong with this place and Seabrook. Everything was just as described.. beds were even comfy. Clean, well maintained, updated furnishings, good communication, key pickup/drop off easy, walk to beach was an easy 5-8 min walk. When at Seabrook we would stay here again and my wife is pretty picky.

We have stayed in this 3 bedroom Spinnaker a number of times over the years and most recently this July. We love it, which is why we keep going back!! There are very few Spinnaker condo's that are 3 bedrooms, and having that extra bedroom is key for our family! The kitchen is terrific and exactly as pictured and as described it's a short 5 minute walk to the beach and the beach club with the pool. We also love sitting in the screened in porch with a glass of wine in the evenings. I would recommend this condo and we’ll definitely be back!

This charming villa is in the very best location...truly a 5 min. walk to the beach and easy walk to the Island Club whether you walked along the road or along the beach...well, provided the tide was out. It was clean and well maintained and the owner and housekeeping staff were responsive to all questions and requests. Having the Amenity Card to the Island club pools and restaurants was a big plus. The staff was helpful and friendly and the food at the Club terrific. Having access to the club's sunbathing deck and pools at the water's edge was great. We also ate at Chez Fish on the road into Seabrook and that was excellent too. Try the she-crab soup! I definitely recommend this villa....thanks Liz for everything!
