We had a wonderful stay in this villa. Loved that it's an end unit with lots of windows and privacy. Enjoyed beautiful sunsets and seeing deer in the dunes. Villa was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Manager was great with the one question we had about the TV remotes. And getting to bring our dog was an added plus!

We had a great time at Seabrook. We always love the simplicity of the island and the beautiful beach. Pelican watch 13108 was clean and just as described. We had stayed at this villa before and decided to return because of the comfort of the bed and the awesome AC. Not to mention the iconic view of the inlet. It is well decorated and nice to know the owners invest in upkeep as we saw there was a new stove, new outdoor table since our last visit early in the summer.

Very good communication with agency. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment of the vacation.

We have been coming to Seabrook for 15 years, we love the peace and the nature. We like just being still for a week. The property was clean and pretty. We love watching the dolphins and seeing the baby sea turtles.

We loved the villa and it is located in the perfect spot. We were able to walk out on the balcony and watch the deer, listen to the tree frogs and watch the beautiful sunset. It was the perfect peaceful getaway.

13108 Pelican watch is a lovely villa. Because it is an upper level, end unit, it feels especially spacious, (high ceilings, lots of windows),and private. And of course the view is beautiful! The furnishings in this home are clean, simple and very comfortable. There was a mark on the area rug but that didn’t bother us. Some small plates would be helpful but otherwise it was really well equipped and a very inviting space. We had great weather & gladly enjoyed lots of time out on the deck. The lockbox system was a bit of a hassle but not a big deal. We appreciated that the deck door could also be locked so that we could come or go from either the parking side or beach entrances. Seabrook Island is like a nature preserve . Very quiet and peaceful. We saw dolphins, deer and a large variety of birds . A great place for beach walks and bike rides.At the end of the day, we had the best seats in the house to watch some gorgeous sunsets ! Thank you very much to the Coastal Getaways team .
