This property and location were perfect for a trip during COVID. It allowed us to get away and not feel exposed. The property was exceptionally clean. Thank you.

The views and convenient beach access made this villa a great choice. The unit was spacious and had everything we needed. All of us enjoyed sitting on the deck, and we loved that we could walk down the back stairs to the boardwalk and be on the beach in seconds. On our last day, we accidentally licked ourselves out of the villa. The property managers were very understanding and brought us another key within minutes. We had a wonderful stay and hope to return.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 1306 Pelican Watch July 4 - July 11 2020. The location and views from the condo were perfect for our first time visiting the island.the place was set up to make us feel very private while the other adjacent properties were all respectful of each one’s privacy and quiet. We truly felt as if we were away! The property unit was good and met all of our needs, however the a few updates may be considered in the near future (mattress, bath fixtures - the master bath shower/tub faucet was difficult to pull and start) but it did not effect our enjoyment of Seabrook. The grounds were kept in very good shape and were very clean. The information provided was all we needed. The amenity cards were a must! We enjoyed several activities and dining on the island. It was nice to have a pool available as a break from the beach. All in all, a wonderful place to vacation. Thank you!

Nice beach getaway with beautiful water and sunset views. Very relaxing.

We have been coming to Seabrook since 2014, it’s a very special place to us and we always enjoy our time there. But on this particular trip we most enjoyed that the beaches are not crowded and allowed us to still keep our physical distance. I was frankly surprised by some of the negative reviews on this property , I found it to be just as described and we have stayed all over this island but have never had a view as good as this one. I wish we could have hunkered down here and stayed through this whole pandemic mess. I hope we can return soon.
