Really nice condo with beautiful furnishings.Well stocked kitchen. Loved having the fan in the bedroom. The beach chairs were very convenient.

Rented this property for a family beach trip and had a wonderful time. Proximity to the beach was fantastic. Lots of wildlife viewed from the beach and the porch. Well stocked kitchen and nice furnishings. We only had to contact maintenance for one minor issue and it was resolved promptly. Overall a great stay!

We watched the sunset every night. Common sight to see dolphins swimming by beach. Villa is well kept up. Beach is just a minute or so walk from the porch. My wife and I highly recommend. Unit had everything we needed to enjoy the week we spent at the villa, even beach chairs.

My husband and I had a delightful visit to the villa on Seabrook Island! The villa is charming and very comfortable for two people. Location on the North Edisto River, where it meets the Atlantic Ocean, is close to the beach. We enjoyed seeing the pelicans, other birds and shrimp boats from the deck. We were lucky to have quiet upstairs neighbors. My husband (who rarely comments) said it was perfect for us!

Beautifully furnished! Very comfortable:; well stocked kitchen. Very clean. Great TV's My son and his wife had trouble using the TV in the living room. Every system is different. Instruction would be helpful. Keep saying no network connection. I had no problem with the bedroom. This issue might have been "a user error" Of course, Mom couldn't have more knowledge than his generation. ( this is just a little humor on my part. We have vacation here almost every year or 10 years, this was the best unit I have stayed in.
