This property is exactly what we expected and wanted for our vacation. Great location and perfect for a family vacation. I would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay close to the beach at seabrook as this was our third trip to the island.

We really enjoyed our vacation at Seabrook this year, we had 10 gorgeous days of sunshine and warm temperatures! The location was perfect, walk to to pool and the beach and except for the construction noise (new siding on one and a new roof on another) it was a pleasant stay. The condo itself was nice (we missed having a porch) and the kitchen was well supplied with utensils, china and pots and pans. If anything, another nonstick frying pan would have been handy, one was very wobbly, also the light on the stove didn’t work. We definitely appreciated all your communications and tips and the ease of working with your company. We have been vacationing on either Kiawah or Seabrook since 1994 and will definitely be arranging our next stay soon!

Location to beach was phenomenal.Space in the house was ample and comfortable. Tons of thoughtful items provided, most I have seen in a beach house, i.e., dish soap, dish brush, all the laundry detergent you need, trash bags, sponges, foil wrap, ketchup, etc. I could go on. Upgrades to house were noted and appreciated. Granite counter tops, nice bathrooms.Beach roller to help bring things to beach was helpful. Loved the top deck and peek view of ocean was wonderful and peaceful. Chairs so comfortable out there.

We enjoyed our time on Seabrook as we always do. The wedding was great fun! 735 Spinnaker was an ideal set-up for the four of us and seemed to have all the things we needed.

I'm here at work again, thinking of how much I would rather be back on Seabrook! I think what I enjoyed most about our Seabrook vacation was walking with the dolphins. They literally came right up to the shore and kept pace with our morning walks on the beach. I think it's quite commonplace for the area (am I right?) but I don't think I would ever be able to take that experience for granted; it would always be magical to me. 735 Spinnaker was a great unit. It had everything we needed. Liked the separation in the bedrooms as we are two single ladies and appreciated our own private space....also, I love a walk in shower and Sharlene likes a deep tub; it was perfect. I don't think you missed anything in the advance info. In fact, the note about bringing a flashlight was a great one. Even with the porch light on, we needed the extra light to see the numbers on the lockbox. We enjoyed our time there and in the Charleston area immensely. It's somewhere I've always wanted to go and I'm so glad I finally went.

First and foremost, I want you to know that I wanted to reach out and let you know what a lovely time we had on vacation. There is definitely something magical about Seabrook Island. This is the first time that we have left a vacation and I am looking into next summer to schedule the same unit again. Everyone in the area was very pleasant and outgoing. While we would speak briefly in passing with other tourists, the locals were very friendly and helpful. We also loved having the ability to get away into Charleston easily and spend some time there. The views are incredible. We had never been to SC before and I cannot tell you how much I enjoyed my nightly bike rides underneath the giant oak trees draped in Spanish moss. As I told S. the first night, I felt like I was in paradise. From the rental unit perspective, I really appreciated the layout of the unit, the proximity to the water and the general location on the island. Island Bikes did a wonderful job having the bikes there before we arrived. The only thing that we didn't have provided was enough TP to see us through and some paper towels. Outside of that, everything was that that i would have expected (ie - enough variety of pans, bottle opener, wine opener, cutting boards, etc). We had a very very nice time!
