House is exactly as pictured. The sunroom became our favorite place to hang out in the mornings for breakfast and evenings after a day at the beach. Kitchen well stocked, although there are plenty of take out options nearby. Thank you for providing the bikes—good condition and made going around the island easier. Boardwalks 9, 1, and 2 are easily accessible via Seabrook Island Road, and were fantastic beaches. Overall, made for a great get-away with family

This house was just as it appeared in the pictures. The back sunroom was great and we spent the most time out here, drinking coffee, reading books and playing games. The kitchen was very well stocked! It had everything we needed an more. Bikes came with the rental and it was a short ride to the beach. Having access to the beach club was very nice as they had lounge chairs to relax in so you could literally ride to the beach and relax. I would highly recommend this rental.

Spacious place and nice updates. Very clean

We had a great time. It is a beautiful community and the best time we have had on a beach in years. We have been used to overcrowded beaches where it is hard to play and have fun. We had a great time and the shore fishing was awesome.

Nice quiet neighborhood. Kitchen well stocked. Beaches were amazing. Sunroom on back of house was amazing to sit in at night and play cards.

Overall it was just as billed. The kitchen was a tad small for the size of the property, and we couldn't find a remote for the DVD player (no instructions for any electronics except WiFi). Seabrook Island Road desperately needs sidewalks, but you can't do anything about that. Overall, I would definitly recommend the area. We had a terrific time.
