We enjoyed our stay on Seabrook very much! Our Pelican Watch villa was the perfect location and we loved how easy it was to walk to the beach, as well as the short drive to the Beach Club pool. The property was clean and nicely decorated. We appreciated the stocked kitchen too! Special thanks for the gifted bottle of wine for our anniversary that was provided. 😊 We took advantage of one free bicycle as part of the island amenities and it was a nice touch. Only wish we had had more time to use it!

My husband and I spent a few days on Seabrook for our 10th anniversary and we enjoyed our stay at Pelican Watch! The views and sunsets were phenomenal and we loved how close it was to walk to the beach! The condo was clean and nicely decorated and was fine for just the two of us. The bed and pillows were quite firm and uncomfortable and the front door was a pain to lock and unlock but other than that, we enjoyed the property.

We enjoyed everything about this condo. We loved having our dog, Hank with us! My husband and son played golf, we ate at the Pelican’s Nest and spent lots of time on the beach! Great vacation!!!!!

My husband and I fell in love with Seabrook last year so decided to come back again this year. We wanted to bring our pups this time given that the beaches are very dog friendly, therefore we needed a place that accommodated them as well. This condo was perfect for the 2 of us and our 2 fur babies. Very clean property and recently renovated which is a plus! Had everything we needed in the kitchen for meal prepping. The location is spot on with super easy access to the boardwalk and beach. Also loved the fact that it is on the first floor. Will be staying here again in the future!
