1317 PW is the best beach condo I've ever stayed in!! New furniture and great decor. What a great place!!

The property was amazing! Our family of four had a wonderful time! There was plenty of space, with awesome views! The villa was well equip with everything we needed for a quick, fall break get-away. The booking, check-in, check-out procedure was quick and easy. We will certainly look forward to staying here again in the future.

This condo was very clean and nice. It is well stocked with everything you need. The view is fantastic. We really enjoyed staying here and plan to come back.

We had a wonderful vacation. The condo was spotlessly clean when we arrived. Checkin to the condo and getting our reserved amenity card was so easy. Having a place so close to the beach that allowed us to bring our fur babies was priceless.

My husband and I really enjoyed staying at Seabrook at the Pelican Watch Villas! It was a lot bigger and nicer than we expected it to be and it had an amazing view of the beach. We hope to come back soon
