We stayed this past week at 3654 Cobia Court. We were told we were the first renters of this property so we said we would provide some feedback that might help you guys out since we rent from you frequently over the past several years at Seabrook. The property is excellent! The best one we have ever stayed out! The views are amazing, the setup of the property is really good, a lot of space, and whoever got it ready to rent did a really nice job thinking about what is needed – well stocked kitchen, good furniture, books, games, nice to have the garage available, etc…

It was great! The home was great for our family. New and clean. The only issue we had was a basement electrical breaker was tripped and had to be reset so we could charge the golf cart we rented. No other problems at all. We have already reserved this home for next summer!

We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the updates made this past year. The new floors were beautiful! This was our 4th - maybe 5th time staying at Heron Pt. Love the view, 3 full bathrooms and that it’s pet friendly. We hope to return next year.

Very lovely property, great space indoors as well as outdoors. Screened in porch was great, living area was spacious, bedrooms and bathrooms very nice. Kitchen was loaded with everything you need. Dining room was plenty of room. Just a really nice house, I will file it away for another visit!

Great location. Kwan property

This was a great set up for our family of 6 adults vacationing together. Plenty of room to spread out. Kitchen was ample for cooking our meals—the grill was great—close to the beach (easy bike ride!) and we were close to my sister’s family We especially loved the bright and airy sunroom.
