We have never been to Sea Brook. What a beautiful place! The whole experience was wonderful. Best place we have ever stayed at. The house was beautiful and so clean!!! We enjoyed ourselves immensely and definitely plan to come back for another vacation Everyone was so kind and helpful. We are definitely looking forward to another visit and we would like to rent the same house again.

Favorite Spinnaker Condo Yet – Perfect for Families with Teens!We had a wonderful stay at this condo as a family of four (2 adults, 2 teens). The layout was perfect—our teens had their own bedroom and bathroom, which gave everyone space and privacy. The screened-in patio was a great touch for morning coffee or evening relaxing. Our only suggestion would be to add more lounge furniture out there.The condo is nicely decorated, clean, and very comfortable. Beds and couch were great. The location is ideal—directly across from beach access and just a short walk (5 min) to the Beach Club pool. The included amenity cards were a huge plus, and we loved that the condo is pet-friendly.We recommend renting an LSV—it made getting around easy and fun. Communication with the property manager was smooth and responsive. One great surprise: the listing didn’t mention it, but there were beach chairs and a wagon under the patio. This is our favorite Spinnaker unit we’ve stayed in. It had great amenities, but a couple of small things would make it even better—like providing hand soap, measuring cups and a pizza cutter. Again, these were just minor inconveniences. Overall, we highly recommend this condo and would absolutely stay again!

What a wonderful experience this property provided. The unit was beautifully renovated and was perfect for our week. From the time we booked, the information from the management company was great. They made everything a breeze. The island was great. It was quiet but, still had the amenities for the kids to enjoy themselves. We have been looking for a new beach spot and I think we found it.

We had an amazing stay at this property! It comfortably slept our entire family, with plenty of space for everyone to relax. The property was spotless, and the big kitchen was perfect for preparing meals together. The bathrooms were modern and well-maintained. We loved the location—just a 30-minute walk to the beach club or a quick 5-minute drive. It was the ideal spot for our family to gather and make memories. Highly recommend!
