We were very pleased with the location in regard to the beach and pool house. We were impressed with the 4th of July parade and fireworks in the evening before the 4th. The children had their own room and beds making it a very peaceful evening after the went to bed. Looking forward to returning.

We have stayed at a few condos in Pelican Watch, and this was our favorite so far. Exceptionally clean, well stocked, and matched pictures provided. Coastal Getaways was highly responsive on a few minor questions. I would definitely book again!

Great location. Nice property!

We had two properties so we we were moving between both. Had to do some work during the week so appreciated the internet connection. Well stocked kitchen so we were able to cook.

This stay allowed us some time to decompress and relax which was wonderful. We also met up with some long time friends in the area so our location at the marina was ideal. We were located close to friends that we gathered with to eat at the marina restaurants for two of our 3 meals together. Walking to the restaurants was relaxing and most convenient.The property was ideal for us for several reasons. The view and scenery was fantastic and we enjoyed looking out over the docks and water. Although this was a one bedroom place, having 2 full bathrooms was ideal. The air conditioning system kept the room cool. The kitchen was very well stocked. The coffee maker worked great. The refrigerator with ice maker was very convenient. Overall, the place was very nice and we were impressed and pleased.The property was better equipped than we expected.In summary, we were extremely pleased with the property and its amenities. The fact that we could bring our dog was also very important as she has some physical health issues and boarding her is not a good option at all. We had a great time and would not hesitate to recommend this property to others or stay in this property again.

Coastal Getaways’s condo was a wonderful location! It was on the boardwalk leading to the beach, easily walkable to the Seabrook Clubhouse, restaurants and golf club. It was a pleasant stroll to nearby trails. This is a friendly community and it was easy coming and going. I’d highly recommend it.
