Quiet location. The unit could use some updating, but worked in a pinch.

We loved our stay here. The house was just the right size for our family and our location was great. We took bikes to the beach. Enjoyed having boogie boards for the kids and beach chairs if needed. It was wonderful having laundry close by for beach towels. The screened porch was comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and the interior design was beautiful. Our kids enjoyed the wildlife we saw all around - Armadillos, deer, raccoons, golden orb spiders, & dolphins on the beach!

The description, location, space/layout, and cleanliness of the property were fantastic! It was gorgeous and quiet. The owners clearly care about their wonderful property, and it was incredibly relaxing once we got into this well appointed 1-bedroom with every amenity we wanted and more. The owners have thought of everything - even 2 types of coffee pot! The view was outstanding as well. Beach access was lovely. If you are not familiar with tides and their timing, you'll want to look into that before arrival (not an issue for us).This was a last-minute trip; I booked it only a few weeks in advance which did not mesh well with the Coastal Getaways' new system regarding check-in, car registration, and amenity cards. The things I had to do prior to arrival were cumbersome: download 2 apps, the inefficient addition/process of rental car info, and several phone calls about amenity cards because I wasn't receiving timely emails with the necessary account info. Nancy was very helpful, and were it not for her, I considered cancelling the reservation. The only reason I noted a 4 is because of the number of times I had to keep reaching out to Coastal Getaways via phone because their online system had a ton of wrinkles to iron out. I also do not prefer to have to depend on my phone to access places I have already checked into; I prefer to unplug when on vacation. That has nothing to do with the gorgeous property which is why the property earns 5 stars.
