The house was great with location and amenities provided. We so enjoy the uncrowded and litter free beach. 4th visit to Seabrook as a family and have finally witnessed the dolphins strand feeding. We have intentions on doing our best to return the same home next year (or possibly, fingers crossed, squeeze one more trip in this year).

We had a great time. The house was nicely updated and the location couldn’t be beat! Other reviewers mentioned the long walk to the beach. This really didn’t bother us. The walk isn’t that far! We rented a beach cart to cart beach chairs and toys to and from. The screened in porch was lovely. The front deck is shady in the afternoon. Really a lovely house!

House was great. And great location. We had a few questions, and the last folks at the house had not left keys. The rental management was extremely responsive and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed the entire vacation. Thank you!!

Great vacation! Although beach house is oceanfront property, it’s a hike with two young children and gear.
