My husband and I stayed at 1345 Pelican Watch recently for a week and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property overall is updated, comfortable, and clean. Pelican watch is very quiet , boardwalk to the beach is directly in front and just a short walk to the Beach Club for the pool and dining. Highly recommend.

This rental met all our expectations. Everything was clean, modern by today’s standards and very tastefully decorated in that organic but beachy vibe. This setting at Seabrook Island, that facies an ocean and river on either side was so unique. We felt the area was kept pristine and protected, unlike other flashy resorts. There is definitely a need for more rentals that respect the environment as this place certainly does. We would chose this rental again and would recommend to others, but not too many. I’d like this to be our well kept secret.

We loved staying in this villa! Especially appreciated how clean it was. Furniture and beds were all so comfortable, and the decor was beautiful and updated exactly as represented in the photos. The view is spectacular!! We had one tiny issue that I called about and it was immediately addressed and corrected. Would most definitely request to stay here again!
