We had a wonderful time at Seabrook! The property was clean and very organized. We loved how close the beach was and being able to watch the sailboats pass back and forth in the afternoons. We were also surprised at how much wildlife we actually got to see- An armadillo, deer, raccoons, hermit crabs, jellyfish, birds, etc. We will definitely be back!

We overall enjoyed our stay at this condo. We have stayed in multiple places at pelican watch, and this was our favorite thus far. We anticipate coming back to this one again. It’s very nice and comfortable, and everything is in great condition.

We loved our villa. Attention to detail was great. Loved the wine fridge, wish all rentals we visit had this installed ! The view from this villa is outstanding. Shrimp boats daily, even a tug boat pushing a barge to the marina. The turtle team found a nest directly in front of our villa during our stay! So exciting.. We loved dining at Pelicans Watch, the view alone is so relaxing and peaceful. Even had a day of golf.. yes we found the course challenging . Seabrook Island is truly a piece of Paradise. We loved it here! Our only complaint was there wasn't any hot water in the main bathroom shower. It wasn't a big deal to us, as the master bath shower worked great! It was well stocked with everything we needed during our stay.
