Within the first 24 hours we saw Dolphins, Deer, and yes, Pelicans - but the big highlight was stumbling upon a group of volunteers opening a nest of Sea Turtles. My 1 year old and wife were in disbelief that we were able to see these little guys make their way to the ocean.
The unit has great vaulted ceilings which lets in beautiful natural light not to mention you face seat towards Edisto Island so you get sunsets every night.
The neighborhood of Seabrook Island is awesome too - whether you're here for a romantic getaway or like us, have a toddler and dog (who LOVED his morning beach walks)in tow, it's a little slice of heaven!

Very nice end unit that's pet friendly. Beautiful views, and even though it was peak Summer travel season there was always plenty of space on the beach. We can't wait to go back.

We had a great stay - as always the condo and property are quiet and cozy. Really liked the proximity to a quiet beach at Pelican Watch. Great unit with the 2nd floor and side windows. The couch is pretty uncomfortable though.

The property is in a fantastic location... just steps from the beach with great views.. Very quiet and pleasant place to spend some time. Convenient to a number of restaurants and shopping (Freshfields).

This place was incredible. The ocean access and views were incredible! This was my first time in Seabrook and it's my new favorite beach spot. Super clean and perfect for oceanfront access. Will definitely be staying here again in the future! Thanks!

Love this space! It’s an end unit so enormous windows on two sides of living dining area. They opened up the kitchen, so spacious and sunny. Location is perfect. And you can swiftly take the back stairs to boardwalk for easy walk to the beach. Have to also say, great big flat screen with so many options for entertainment. Love the location of washer dryer too!
