The property was perfect for our family of 5. Very clean, perfect location to the beach, well stocked and beautifully decorated. A few more wash clothes and hand towels would be helpful. Other than that, we were so impressed with how well stocked the house was. The beach toys, the bikes, the kitchen...everything we needed for a wonderful week. Seabrook Island was so peaceful. Everyone we met was so nice, but felt like we had the island to ourselves because it wasn't overly crowded. We loved the extras that came through Xplorie as well. We used the free bicycle each day along with the bicycles at the house. We loved the proximity to the beautiful beach and how dog friendly the community was. . We also went kayaking through St. John's kayaks and had a great time.. The proximity to Charleston was great for sightseeing. The process for the amenity cards seems a little dated. The idea of writing my credit card number on paper and mailing it in, I wasn't comfortable with, but thankfully the amenity office was open Sunday so we got the cards then. We didn't use a lot of the club amenities due to the extra costs, so felt the actual charge of the deposit for the amenity cards and taking 15 days to reverse the charge seemed a bit much with today's technology. Could they have the form online for upcoming guests to submit, and could the deposit have a hold on the card instead of actually charging the card? Just some ideas in my customer service profession. :) Thank you so much to your team at Coastal Getaways of SC, and the owners of this beautiful unit for making our first real vacation since the pandemic amazing!
