We loved the townhouse, location & tranquil views! Ease of reservations, communication with Coastal Getaways & home amenities were all perfect. Just a quick walk/bike ride to the beach & pool made our coastal vacay enjoyable . We’ve never visited Seabrook before & it is truly a little slice of heaven. Definitely would recommend 770 Spinnaker to others…

We had a great time in this house! It was beautiful, clean, and the management company was incredibly responsive during our stay if we had any questions. It was a quick walk to the beach, although we chose to drive a little farther down to enjoy the larger section of beach. Having access to the Beach Club and Lake House pools was great!

We just enjoy going out there and the tranquil environment. I like to take advantage of the Explorie opportunities. The only thing that I will say is there is no electric vehicle charging area nearby. Hopefully you can lobby for that in the future. We loved the property. We will consider the same property next year. Great stay overall!

This house was great. Very well organized and clean. Everything in working order. There was a glitch with the microwave, but when we called it in, the property managers came promptly and diagnosed the problem. The AC worked great and the small deck on the back side was shaded most of the time and perfect for barbecuing.We loved Seabrook and had a terrific time. We will be returning many times in the years to come.

Popular Spinnaker Beach House! Close to the beach with Golf Course Views! Pet Friendly! This place is great! Walking distance to the beach and a short car ride to amenities! We will be back!
