We love Seabrook Island. We came here a few years ago and were so excited to come back. The beach, pool, and the grounds are just beautiful. The condo was just as expected and being by the ocean was an added benefit.

Great location and ease of what our family enjoys on the island, our family of 5 for the week loves Seabrook and what the island has to offer. Atrium villas is convenient and close to what we enjoy doing on a daily basis. The condo has everything you need for an enjoyable week at the beach!

We love that Seabrook is not commercialized. It’s beautiful, clean, and so family friendly. We have stayed in several of the Atrium Villas and have been pleased with each one. We will be back and have recommended it to so many. Have a great rest of your summer!!

We enjoyed our first ever trip to Seabrook. 2935 Atrium was as advertised. Very convenient to the beach and we particularly enjoyed the balcony and view of the ocean. Unit was clean and all the appliances that we used seemed to work fine. We felt like we had all that we needed. We did request and received (quickly) two new pans given that the one Teflon pan that was there was pretty beat up and we didn’t feel comfortable using it. Thank you for taking care of it so quickly.

We had a wonderful stay at the atrium villas! What a wonderful location with close access to the ocean and pools! We loved our daily bike rides around the beautiful Seabrook community! We also loved having dinner on our wonderful patio! The villa was a perfect location for families with young kids! Thank you for all of your help in organizing our vacation! We will be in contact soon as we are already looking to plan another trip next summer! Here are a few suggestions for future stays. 1) We would have loved to have a few extra blankets in the condo. We found a few extra pillows, but no blankets. 2) Kitchen towels would have been great. We couldn’t find any. Extra wash clothes would have also been nice. 3) We also would have benefited from a few more coffee mugs, bowls, etc. With 6 people, we went through those quickly.

Very clean and neat. Kitchen sink nozzle needs replacing, and dishwasher needs to be replaced. Would definitely stay here again.
