This home was just what we were looking for for our family vacation. Truly enjoyed the screened in porch for relaxing in the morning and evening, sipping and munching. It was even hard to convince our dog to return inside. The downstairs mattresses were great. And the kids found plenty to watch on tv. The kitchen was a pleasure to use. There were some bugs in the house when we arrived, but we determined they were entering through a bathroom window that hadn’t been closed properly and which we couldn’t close. A call to the property manager cleared that up by sending maintenance to close the window that same day. Unexpectedly, the office called the next day to ensure we were satisfied, and we were! We also used several of the free Coastal Adventure Passes (the bicycle, paddle boarding and cruise). They provided lots of family fun at a great savings. The following comment has nothing to do with the home itself or management, but the property was very difficult to find using a map app on my cell. It repeatedly gave a wrong direction. So, after turning onto Cobby Creek Lane do NOT turn right onto Double Eagle Tree. Instead bear left to stay on Cobby Creek Lane and the house is immediately on your left! Everything else went off without a hitch. We would absolutely return to this home.

Our two families stayed at Tarpon Pond for a week long vacation and had plenty of space for all. The kitchen is well stocked if you plan on cooking, however, we found ourselves in Charleston eating at all the fabulous restaurants. There are plenty of towels and the washer/dryer was easily accessible when we needed to wash in the middle of the week. The neighborhood is quiet and not far to beach access. Our husbands raved about the golf course and enjoyed their rounds of golf, so if you are a golfer don't forget your clubs. If you want to use the beach club area and play golf don't forget to get to purchase your amenity card. We would stay again here again,

Family vacation with young adult children and their friends. We had 7 total and had plenty of room and enjoyed the 3 bathrooms. Galley kitchen was tight at times but was equipped well. Fridge was a nice size and able to accommodate all of our groceries. We spent most of our time on the screened porch. Great views of the golf course. The week we went was right before Memorial Day and is wasn’t crowded at all. Great time to come to Seabrook. We did purchase the amenity cards and enjoyed the pool area and pelican’s nest. The only issue we had was when the upstairs shower started leaking into the lower bathroom. We called to report it and a repair man came the next day. Overall, a great place that is only a short drive away from the beach.

We love Seabrook and try to go back every year! It never disappoints! We love the bike riding, the quiet beaches and looking for dolphins, sand dollars and alligators! We also found olive shells for the first time on North Beach which was really cool! They are so pretty, but they all still have living creatures in them so we threw them back. Tarpon Ponds was great! It is right in the center so it's not too far to bike ride to the main pool or to any of the beaches. There is also a shortcut at the end of the street to get to North Beach! We were happy to find out about that! We had lots of room in the house, it was clean and we enjoyed some quiet time on the deck watching golf. The next door neighbor is a bit grumpy so we did have to make sure the kids weren't too loud outside, but it wasn't a problem. The kids are ready to go back again and we will be booking the same place! Also, there is a really good coffee shop at Freshfields, called Java Java. They make yummy sandwiches and have the best coffee...especially after a long bike ride!
