This property is updated and meticulously clean! We have stayed at Pelican Watch before, and enjoy this area. Would definitely book again!

The beauty of Seabrook, location of the property, and walking on the beach are wonderful.. The rental was nicely updated and clean with a comfortable bed.

Beautiful condo- updated throughout, well-equipped kitchen and very clean. Highly recommend this condo for location and comfort of the actual condo itself.

We LOVE staying in the Pelican Villas. You can watch magnificent sunsets from your condo and see dolphins swimming by. There’s great biking, golf, horseback riding on the beach and so much more. The condo we stayed in was renovated beautifully. We were sorry to leave.

We loved our time in Seabrook and the property. We would definitely stay there again. Great views, easy access to beach. I think the one thing that I might mention, which really has nothing to do with the property is bring bug spray. We really couldn’t sit outside on patio, because it was loaded/ swarmed with “love bugs”. And on the beach the flies were relentless.. so definitely bug spray, cintronella candles etc.

The Beach Club pool and bar area are great! Our property was very comfortable, well decorated and clean!
