The beach and pools were beautiful and we had so much fun with our family! The unit was gorgeous, updated, and directly across the street from beach access. Would definitely stay here again. Due to the layout with 2 king beds upstairs and bunk beds downstairs, it would be hard to sleep 2 families here because the parents would have to either sleep in the same room or in bunk beds. But for my small family of 3 it was perfect!! Overall we loved this unit and location! We have booked 2 times with Coastal Getaways and we have been nothing but satisfied!

House is gorgeous with recent reno. Has everything you need for an amazing beach vaca. Super close to beach and pool. Private and felt safe (COVID) the entire time. Property manager was fast and responsive when I needed a new tank for the grill. Absolutely perfect. Lots of dolphins and we even got to see baby turtles hatching and making their way to the ocean!!

We loved our stay!! Renovations are beautiful. House had everything we needed and was VERY clean. Great location for ease of getting to/from Pelican Beach right at boardwalk 9. Short walk and easy bike ride for the kids to the beach club. The weather did not cooperate the first half of our stay, but the house was filled with puzzles to entertain us and the screened in porch furniture/decor is so comfortable. I'm already scoping dates for our next visit as we will definitely be returning!

This was an awesome place for our family with very easy access to the beach.

We love to vacation at Seabrook every year. It is never crowded, perfect for families and very peaceful. The location is amazing! The beaches are private and beautiful. We love going on bike rides and taking in all of the nature. The home was decorated beautifully, very clean and the prefect location. It is directly across from the beach. The beach access has no stairs so pushing the stroller and the beach was a breeze. The pool, clubhouse and Pelicans nest are extremely close as well. It made it very easy to get around with little ones. The house had everything we needed or wanted. It was recently renovated and they did a great job. We also witnessed plenty of deer right outside the living room window. Kids loved it! They had a key pad door lock. The door locked on the outside but did not lock from the Inside. Very dangerous for toddlers that want to escape. They came the next day and put up a chain lock. We were very appreciative. We will be back. Had a great vacation! Thanks again!
